CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD IS THE FIRST GLOBAL REAL ESTATE ADVISORY FIRM IN POLAND TO OBTAIN ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATE

In February 2009 Polish office of Cushman & Wakefield obtained a certificate confirming the compliance of the quality management system functioning in the company to ISO 9001:2000 standard.

The certificate has been granted by renowned not only in Europe certification organisation, TÜV SÜD Management Services.
Implementation works covered the whole area of Cushman & Wakefield's activities, starting from the company's management processes, through HR management, IT services, documents supervision
and inspection, ending with business processes with regard to satisfying the clients' needs, expectations and requirements, namely:

• Commercial real estate advisory services
• Real estate agency
• Asset management.

Through continuous improvement of each component of the perfomed activities we are able to enhance the quality
of rendered services and proactively fulfill the clients' needs.

In February 2010 we upgraded the system and have certified according to ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
