After Warsaw Towers, Sienna Center, Saski Crescent, Saski Point and Bitwy Warszawskiej, it is the sixth facility of the company managed by C&W.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Ghelamco Poland as a property manager for Crown Square - the developer's new office scheme in Warsaw. The facility (completed in March) is located in the district of Wola, near Rondo Daszyńskiego.
