We offer you the opportunity to follow this career path in Advisory Service Department, which prepares valuations to identify the current value of commercial properties and for balance sheet, taxation, finance, loan and structuring purposes. It also performs market research and competition analyses, prepares forecast and investment strategy.

Property Manager
Property Manager is responsible for effective management of the client's portfolio. If you value diversity at work and like working with people (technical, finance, operational management and above team work) you can gain valuable work experience doing professional career trainings and obtain Polish licence, which will quicken the path to getting an independent position. • Capital Markets Group provides financial services in the real estate investment market by executing the sale or purchase of a property. In addition it prepares the most efficient transaction structuring and financial arrangements by providing such services as debt raising advisory and advisory in the mergers and acquisitions transactions (IPOs/SPOs).
• Project Management offers development consultancy at the stage of product development, including obtaining of building permissions, design and architectural consultancy, project management.
• Hospitality Sector offers integrated client supporting services at every stage of the investment from the moment of conceiving the idea of a hotel project to the final touch, through the whole investment process.
