Energy Advisory Services

As part of the energy management process we conduct an energy audit with a view to a thorough assessment of energy use and identification of reasonable consumption methods. The audit aims to examine energy processes in order
to identify and eliminate any excessive and unreasonable energy consumption.

In order to optimise real estate operating costs the energy audit has been divided into several phases:

  • Analysis of energy consumption
  • Identification of costs to be a benchmark for proposed energy saving measures
  • Evaluation of tariffs and rates adjustment to values gained
  • Analysis of key energy consuming devices and wiring

  • Review of parameters adopted

This involves comparing the actual energy consumption in previous periods with due regard for meteorological conditions in comparable periods.

  • Analysis of possible improvements

On the basis of the steps taken in the earlier phases we deliver solutions regarding cost optimisation such as:

  • adjusting contracted power to projected peak power
  • changes to management installations
  • adjusting the operation of existing devices to the "energy saving mode"
  • investments in efficient energy solutions
  • energy purchase at preferential rates

  • Calculation of savings on measures taken
  • Calculation of savings made on energy consumption thanks to the implementation of individual measures is the key element of the audit. This makes it possible to determine the profit which is an important factor in making any investment decision.

  • Economic analysis

This analysis involves comparing costs of and profits from an investment in order to calculate efficiency indicators considered as a profitability criterion.
