The Asset Management Department currently employs 30 staff (twenty real estate managers and eight financial management specialists).
We deliver integrated commercial real estate management services and specialised advisory services throughout the real estate life cycle from design and construction to operation of the building. We have developed a three-phase effective management system to efficiently relieve property owners of the day-to-day responsibilities of the operation and management of ithe facilities as well as help them maximise the value of their investments.
In Poland we manage over 500,000 sq.m of commercial space which is occupied by approx. 500 tenants. We are one
of the leading commercial real estate management teams in the Polish market.

The Asset Management Department at Cushman & Wakefield in Poland has been headed by Michał Skaliński for over nine years. His duties include comprehensive real estate management and coordination of his team's work. He has over eighteen years of experience in the real estate sector. In 2000 he obtained a real estate manager's licence.
Michał Skaliński graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology
with an engineering degree. He is fluent in English and holds the real estate manager's licence no. 3657. He has also been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2009.
Aneta Rogowicz-Gała is the Deputy Head of the Asset Management Department, where she is responsible for managing its financial section. She joined
Cushman & Wakefield in November 2004. She completed management and marketing studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Postgraduate Real Estate Management Studies at Koźmiński University. She holds a professional real estate manager's licence no. 15260. She is also a graduate of the Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, where she was awarded MRICS.
She is fluent in English.
